14.2.1 Saving the Support Data
Use the following step-by-step procedure to save the support data:
1. Open the Collect All Support Data window and click the Browse... button to specify the
filename and folder location where the wizard will save the collected support data, as in
Figure 14-4.

2. Click on the Start button to begin the data collection as in Figure 14-5 on page 341
