The boot-drive cable is the cable to drive bays 4 and 5 in the SAN Volume Controller 2145-CF8 node
or the cable to the boot-disk backplane in the SAN Volume Controller 2145-CG8 node.
Figure 209 shows the boot-disk SAS cable connected to the disk backplane.
The boot-disk cable is shown disconnected from the disk controller so that you can see the
connectors on the back of the disk backplane more clearly.

2 High-speed SAS-adapter cable that is plugged into the middle of the backplane to support
drive bays 0, 1, 2, and 3
