Self-test and Diagnostics
Keysight E5260/E5270 provides the following functions to check the operation.
Perform the following functions as necessary.
• Self-test
Refer to “To Perform Self-test” on page 5-7.
• Self-calibration
Refer to “To Perform Self-Calibration” on page 5-8.
• Diagnostics
Refer to “To Perform Diagnostics” on page 5-9.
WARNING Interlock Open/Close test and High Voltage LED test
Interlock function limits the maximum output voltage to ± 42 V when the
measurement terminal is touchable. For safety, this function must be checked
before using the E5260/E5270 after power on at least once a day by performing
the diagnosis.
