GNDU - Ground Unit
The Keysight E5260/E5270 is equipped with the ground unit (GNDU). The GNDU
is a 0 V constant voltage source, and used for the reference of measurement ground.
Also the GNDU can sink up to ± 4 A (E5260A/E5270B) or ± 2.2 A
(E5262A/E5263A), so it is effective for using the HPSMU (high power SMU).
Figure 2-2 is a simplified circuit diagram of GNDU.
