E5280B Precision HPSMU
This section describes typical specification of the high power source/monitor unit
(HPSMU) for the Keysight E5270B. The E5280B cannot be used with the E5260A.
• Maximum voltage, current, output power: ± 200 V, ± 1 A, 20 W
• Minimum range: 2 V, 1 nA
• Output/measurement value and resolution: see Table 2-1 to Table 2-4.
