10) Deleting all allocated annotations.
Procedures to delete all annotations that have been allocated
are described below.
1 Click the [Delete All] button.
• A message confirming deletion of all annotations
will be displayed.
2 Click the [YES] button.
• All annotations will be deleted.
• Clicking the [NO] button returns to the “Annotation
Setup” screen without deleting the annotation.
9) Deleting one of allocated annotations.
Procedures to delete one of annotations that have been allo-
cated.
1 Move the cursor over the allocated annotation.
• The cursor changes from the arrow to the cross.
2 Left-click the mouse.
• Cursor blinks over the selected annotation.
• [Delete] button becomes active. (Button color
changes from gray to yellow)
3 Click the [Delete] button.
• A message confirming deletion of the annotation
will be displayed.
4 Click the [YES] button.
• Selected annotation will be deleted.
• Clicking the [NO] button returns to the “Annotation
Setup” screen without deleting the annotation.
