1 Move the cursor over the allocated annotation.
• The cursor changes from the arrow to the cross.
2 Left-click the mouse.
• Cursor blinks over the selected annotation.
3 Click the [Fore] or [Back] button, and select the
color for text (fore) or background (Back).
• Display changes as it is clicked.
4 Click the [OK] button or left-click the mouse in the
area other than annotation.
• Text color and background color of the annotation
will be effected.
• Next annotation is ready to be allocated.
Text color and background color are interlinked.
Selecting “White” for text allows only “Black” or “Transparent” to be selected for the background.
Selecting “Black” for text allows only “White” or “Transparent” to be selected for the background.
When the text strings are selected, they change the color to “Black” when the background is
black, to “White” when the background is white, to “Blue” when the background is transparent.

8) Changing the color or background color of allocated
annotation
Procedures to change the text color or background color of the
allocated annotation are described below. Select the text color
from “White” and “Black”, while the background from “White”,
“Black” and “Transparent”.
