The FPGA on all cards is programmable from the local microprocessor for normal
operation. If the FPGA programming connector is to be used, a jumper disables the
microprocessor control. The procedure for programming the FPGA device under
software control is as follows:
1. Drive "FPGA_prog" inactive to start.
