A centrifugal pump is used to ensure constant pressure in a pipeline system (e.g.
for water supply of residential and industrial premises).
Theapplication does not onlyrequireremote controlfrom acentraloperating panel
but also setting possibilities at site. The pressure is to be reduced to a fixed value
during times when only few water is required. Thus, indirectly possible burst pipes
can be detected by monitoring the actual pressure.
