4.1.5.4 Assembly preparations
- Apply the heat-conducting paste before you bolt the cooler onto the cold
plate of the controller to reduce the heat-transfer resistance to a minimum.
- The heat-conducting paste, which you will find in the accessory kit, will be
enough for an area of approx. 1000 cm
2
.
Application of heat-conducting paste
1. Clean the contact surfaces of the cooler and cold plate with ethanol.
2. Apply the heat-conducting paste thinly with a scraper or a brush.
