16.3.7 PROFIsafe
PROFIsafe via PROFINET enables the transfer of safe informaon via the PROFIsafe protocol
acc
ording to the specicaon "PROFIsafe - Prole for Safety Technology", version 2.0.
The PR
OFIsafe data is transmied in the second slot of a PROFINET telegram.
In the PR
OFIsafe data, one bit each is used to control a certain safety funcon.
The s
tructure of the PROFIsafe data is described in the PROFIsafe prole.
The length of the PROFIsafe data (also "PROFIsafe message") is xed at 16 bytes.
The in
verter forwards the PROFIsafe messages to the safety module (Extended Safety) for
a safe evaluaon.
16.3.8 PROFIenergy
The device prole PROFIenergy enables an energy management for systems. With the support
of the "PROFIenergy Class 3", the energy saving funcon of the inverter can be triggered and
certain energy consumpon values can be measured via standardised commands.

16.3.8.1 Supported commands
The following PROFIenergy commands are supported:

Start_PauseStart_Pause Starts the energy saving funcon.
End_Pause Stops the energy saving
funcon.
Query_Mode Requests the list of all supported energy modes.
Get_Mode Requests the data of an energy mode.
PEM_Status Requests the current status.
PEM_Status_with_CTTO Requests the current status of dynamic values.
PE_Idenfy Requests basic informaon on the modes.
Query_Version Requests the versioning of the query.
Get_Measurement_List Requests the list of the supported measured values.
Get_Measurement_List_with_object_number Requests the list of supported measured values indicang the corre-
sponding par
ameters.
Get_Measurement_Values Requests the values of the measured values.
Get_Measurement_Values_with_object_number Requests the values of the measured values indicang the correspond-
ing parameters.
PE_Mode_ID Manufacturer-specic energy saving mode
The energy saving mode is only acve if the power secon is inhibited.

The standardised measured values are supported:
