N (Normal) mode
H1 (Hi1) mode

L (Lo) mode
The vehicle height modes will change
as the following table by operating the
height select switch.
Q N mode
The standard vehicle height. This mode
is suitable for ordinary driving.
Q H1 mode
X Four-wheel drive control switch is in
H4
This mode is suitable for dirt roads
driving.
H1 mode is only available when the
vehicle speed is under 100 km/h (62
mph). Vehicle height is approximately
25 mm (1.0 in.) higher than N mode
height.
X Four-wheel drive control switch is in
L4
This mode is suitable for extremely
rough roads driving.
H1 mode is only available when the
vehicle speed is under 80 km/h (50
mph). Vehicle height is approximately
55 mm (2.2 in.) higher than N mode
height.
Q H2 mode
X Four-wheel drive control switch is in
H4
This mode is suitable for rough roads
driving.
z H2 mode is only available when the
vehicle speed is under 30 km/h (19
mph). Vehicle height is approxi-
mately 75 mm (3.0 in.) higher than
N mode height.
z H2 mode is only available when the
vehicle speed is 30 km/h (19 mph)
to 60 km/h (37 mph). Vehicle
height is approximately 55 mm (2.2
in.) higher than N mode height.
