Q Keep the engine compartment
cover opened
Push the tab in and pull the lock
release, and lift the cover.
Install the cover as shown in the
illustration.
Q Removing the engine compart-
ment cover
Push the tab in and pull the lock
release, and lift the cover.
Pull the cover toward the front of
the vehicle to remove it.
Q Installing the engine compartment
cover
Install the cover as shown in the illus-
tration.
Q When the engine is hot (diesel engine)
Do not touch the engine cover as it become very hot and cause serious injuries, such as
burns.
