Q The power outlet can be used when
X 12 V DC
The engine switch is in ACC or ON.
X 220 V AC
The engine switch is in ON.
Q When turning the engine switch off
Disconnect electrical devices with charging
functions, such as mobile battery packs.
If such devices are left connected, the
engine switch may not be turned off nor-
mally.
Q Rear side of the console
Do not put anything on the rear side of
the console or close the lid when any-
thing is on the lid. Also, close the lid when
the power outlet is not in use.
In the event of sudden braking or sudden
swerving, an injury many occur due to an
occupant being struck by the open lid or
the items stored inside.
Q When power outlet is not in use
To avoid damaging the power outlet,
close the power outlet lid when the
power outlet is not in use.
Foreign objects or liquids that enter the
power outlet may cause a short circuit.
Q To prevent blown fuse (220 V AC)
Do not use a 220 V AC appliance that
requires more than 100 W. If a 220 V
AC appliance that consumes more than
100 W is used, the protection circuit will
cut the power supply.
Q To prevent battery discharge
Do not use the power outlet longer than
necessary when the engine is off.
Q Appliances that may not operate
properly (220 V AC)
The following 220 V AC appliances may
not operate properly even if their power
consumption is under 100 W:
O Appliances with high initial peak watt-
age
O Measuring devices that process pre-
cise data
