Set filter time constant on analog output.

If analog output at OU.01 (AO1 Mode) is set to 15 (Constant), the
analog voltage output is dependent on the set parameter values (0–
100%).

Monitor
Monitors analog output value. Displays the maximum output voltage
as a percentage(%) with 10 V as the standard.
