Message Cause Solution
The expiration date of an ink
cartridge has passed (two months
have passed after the specified
expiration date).
Replace the cartridge generating the
warning with a new one.
The ink has been extended the
expiry month and has been used.
Replace the ink cartridge. ( P.1-12)
For the ink extended the expiry
month, six months have passed
since the expiry month shown on
the cartridge.
Replace the ink cartridge. ( P.1-12)
Remaining amount of ink in an ink
cartridge is zero.
