Initial ink fill up
Perform the initial fill of ink by the following operations after [DISCHARGE & WASH].

Turn the power of the machine on.
• When the power is turned on, the firmware version is displayed
following [BOOT].

Select the ink type to be filled by pressing the
keys.
• To check the state of the cartridge, press the key.

Select the ink set (a filling color) to be filled by pressing
the keys.
• You cannot change the current ink set to other ink set yourselves.
• If you want to change the ink set, contact sales office of MIMAKI.

Press the key.
• If an ink cartridge extended the expiry month ( P.3-40) is set, initial ink fill cannot be performed.
Replace the ink cartridge with another one (neither extended nor expired) and perform the initial fill.
