1. Turn on the machine power. Check to confirm
that the LED illuminates on the Base IO PCB.
*Check LED illumination before an error
occurs. (The LED will not illuminate if an error
occurs.)
2. Check the cable connection for damage.
3. Perform a fuse check. Replace the fuse, if
necessary.
4. If an error occurs while the LED is lit, replace
the Base IO PCB.
b1f PCB SLDRM • Unable to recognize the
Slider M PCB.
1. Check the cable connection for damage
between the Main PCB (CN104/CN106) and
the Slider M PCB (CN11).
2. Replace the Slider M PCB.
3. Replace the Main PCB.
b21 SLIDER*PCB V3R3 • An abnormality was
detected in the Slider M
PCB 3.3V power supply.
(3.3 V ± 5 %)
1. Check the Power supply (240 W, 36 V) output
voltage (+35 V to +37 V).
2. Replace the Power supply (240 W, 36 V) if the
values are abnormal.
3. Replace the Slider M PCB.
b22 SLIDER*PCB V2R5 • An abnormality was
detected in the Slider M
PCB 2.5V power supply.
(2.5V ± 5 %)
b23 SLIDER*PCB V1R8 • An abnormality was
detected in the Slider M
PCB 1.8V power supply.
(1.8V ± 5 %)
b24 SLIDER*PCB V1R2 • An abnormality was
detected in the Slider M
PCB 1.2V power supply.
(1.2V ± 5 %)
b2f PCB SLDRM*-F* • Slider M PCB fuse blown
F1 (LED4): Carriage
sensors, Linear encoder
scale, carriage fan

1. Turn on the machine power. Check to confirm
that the LED illuminates on the Slider M PCB.
*Check LED illumination before an error
occurs. (The LED will not illuminate if an error
occurs.)
2. If the LED fails to illuminate, check the cable
connection for damage.
3. Perform a fuse check. Replace the fuse, if
necessary.
