■ Procedure for setting ls to None
The SJ-301 allows the s filter to be set to None, only if the roughness standard has been set
to “JIS1994” and the measured profile has been set to “R profile”.
NOTE If the roughness standard is other than “JIS1994” and if the measured profile is other
than “R profile”, the setup and settings are automatically determined.
