8.5 Memory Card Formatting and File Deletion
The memory card can be formatted with the SJ-301. Also, any of the files stored in the
memory card can be deleted separately.
IMPORTANT Be sure to format the memory card with the SJ-301 if it is to be used for saving the
data from the SJ-301. Data saving/reading is not possible with the memory card
formatted on other instrument than the SJ-301. An error message “MEM ERROR 4”
results in this case.
This section explains both procedures.
8.5.1 Formatting the memory card
NOTE When the memory card is reformatted, all the data on the card will be completely
erased.
