7. STATISTICAL PROCESSING OF MEASUREMENTS
7.4 Displaying the Frequency Histogram and Printing the
Statistical Data
After the specified number of measurements have been conducted and statistical processing
has been performed, the Statistical Processing Results screen will appear. With this screen the
operator can set the print conditions for statistical data.
TIP • An acceptance rate indicates the rate of measured results judged as GO with the
GO/NG judgment function in individual measurements. (Acceptance rate ÷
Number of samples)

indicates the mean value of measured results obtained in individual measure-
ments.
• σ indicates the standard deviation of measured results obtained in individual
measurements.
• Max/Min indicates the maximum/minimum value of measured results obtained in
individual measurements.
This section explains how to display a frequency histogram, set up the print conditions for
statistical data, and print statistical data.

Results screen.
The Histogram screen will appear.
TIP If the [Statistical processing result] button is
touched at this stage, the Statistical Processing
Results screen will be returned.
