14.5.19 Profile section height difference (plateau ratio), c
Vertical distance (in m) between two section levels of given material ratio, where the
distance is measured from one slice level *1 specified with reference to a material ratio
(mr[c]) to another slice level representing a specified material ratio (mr[c]). The c value can
be negative if the slice level is set above the reference slice level.

14.5.20 Material ratio curve of the profile (Abbott Firestone curve), BAC
A curve representing the material ratio of the profile as a function of (slice) level, where the
mr values are plotted on the abscissa while the slice levels on the ordinate.
There are two types of BAC, depending on the method used to obtain a slice level.
BAC1
Peak referenced material ratio curve *1, where the abscissa represents mr[c] values
obtained for the slice levels set based on percentages (0% through 100%) of the Rt value
*2 from the profile peak.
