TIP • For information about setting the number of samples refer to section 7.2, “Execu-
tion of Statistical Processing”.
• The GO/NG Judgment Setup screen operates in the same way as the Measure-
ment Condition Setup screen. See Section 5.11, “Setting the GO/NG Judgment
Function”. The settings made in this screen will be reflected onto the GO/NG
judgment settings which are made with the Measurement Condition Setup screen.
Information about how to set the parameters, data range for statistic, and cell interval of the
histogram will be given in the following paragraphs.

A parameter being displayed in the [Parameter] button will
be switched to other. Parameters that can be displayed in
the parameter button will be the ones specified in the
process of setting the measurement conditions.
