4.5.2 Applying a memo to printed matter
A memo of up to ten characters can be applied to the head of a print form when it is printed.
NOTE A memo cannot be applied to the print of a screen image.
■ Operating procedure
1. Select [MEMO] as a print item in the print conditions beforehand.
TIP For information about the print condition setup, refer to section 4.5.3 “Changing print
conditions”.
2. Press the [PRINT] key on the display unit.
The Memo Input screen is displayed in the touch panel.

3. Input a memo in the MEMO text box.
TIP For information about character input, refer to section 2.2 “Outline of the Touch
Panel”.
4. Touch the [Enter] button.
Printing will start.
TIP Touch the [ESC] button to print out without a memo.
