Touch the [CAL.] button in the Home screen.
The Calibration Condition Setup screen will appear.
Touch the specimen roughness button.
The Specimen Roughness Input screen will appear.
Enter the specimen roughness value in the input field, then
touch the [Enter] button.
TIP For information about inputting numeric values
refer to “■ Inputting numeric values” in section
2.2, “Outline of the Touch Panel”.
Returns to the Calibration screen.
Touch the [Calibration] button.
The Calibration Condition Setup screen will appear.
