Communications with External Devices
Setting trigger error output
You can set whether an ERROR is output if an inspection trigger is detected when the BUSY signal is ON. The
default setting is ON.

connecting the Touch Finder.

ON (default) Outputs an ERROR if an inspection trigger is detected when the BUSY signal is
ON.
OFF Does not output an ERROR if an inspection trigger is detected when the BUSY
signal is ON.
An inspection trigger detected while the BUSY signal is ON is disregarded.
