="1": Set PSB
="0": leave PSB unchanged
The Bits 0 ... 2 monitor the states of the status bits at the end of a motion set, if the
bits were enabled via the respective Enable.
If Enable is set to "0", the respective PSB remains unchanged at the end of the
motion set.
PSB0: X22/12 or SW.13
PSB1: X22/13 or SW.14
PSB2: X22/14 or SW.15
