Continuing a Stopped Run
If a run is stopped before it is complete, you can start a new run to
read the remaining unread wells in the plate. When selecting the
wells for the assay, select only the wells that were not read so that
the run starts with the well that was not completed. The data is
saved in a new data file. It is not added to the data file from the
original run.
To continue a run:
1 Touch the Run button on the Home Window.
2 On the Select Wells Tab, select the wells that were not read in
the previous run, beginning with the well that was in progress
when the run was stopped.
3 On the Setup Run Tab, select the same options for this run as
were selected for the stopped run.
4 On the Start Run Tab, touch the Start button to begin.
The new run starts with the well that was not completed in the
previous run. A separate data file is created for the current run.
