To view information before adding more postage to the meter, select Funds from the Home
screen.
Funds Report
The Funds report gives a summary of the funds used and available in the meter, total pieces
run, and piece count.

Available: postage funds still available for processing.
l
Used: postage funds spent since the mailing system was installed.
l
Total pieces: total number of pieces imprinted with postage since the mailing system was
installed.
l
Control sum: the total of used funds and available funds.
l
Resettable piece count: total number of pieces printed since the counter was reset.
l
Piece count value: postage spent since the counter was reset.
l
PBP account: your postage account number.
l
Indicia number: the serial number for the indicia.
l
Meter number: the number assigned to the meter.
l
Meter name: the name assigned to the meter (optional).
Last 5 Refills Report (Refill Summary)
The Last 5 Refills (Refill Summary) report provides a history of the last 5 refills.
l
Refill Date: the date and time of the refill .
l
Refill amount: amount of the refill.
l
PBPAccount Number: your Postage By Phone® postage account number.
l
Meter number: the number assigned to the meter.
l
Meter name: the name assigned to the meter (optional).
l
Printed: date and time the refill summary was printed.
