Possible Cause Solution
You have a graphics and per-
mit-only printing system.
Graphics and permit-only printing sys-
tems do not print postage. Postage
refills are not required on these sys-
tems.
Troubleshooting: Touchscreen Response
Description: Touchscreen is not responding to touch commands, or is not responding at all.
Possible Cause Solution
The touchscreen needs to be cal-
ibrated.
Calibrate the touchscreen.
Cable for touch capability may not
be attached properly to the touch-
screen (wiggled out of place).
Ensure the cable is properly
attached to the touchscreen.
If you have upgraded to the 15 inch
display, but did not swap out the
power cables, the touchscreen will
shut down approximately 30 min-
utes after power up.
Ensure appropriate power supply
cable is being used.

munication Series support page.
1. Select the Error Message Lookup field.
2. If necessary, select the keyboard button to view the onscreen keyboard.
3.
Enter the numeric code for the error message.
