Select the correct format option and then select OK.
If you Select from calendar, a calendar appears showing several days in advance. The
number of days in advance shown depends on the country. Select the appropriate date
from the calendar, then select OK.
Changing the Machine Speed
To change the speed of your machine:
1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select Machine speed from the Job Properties list box on the left side of the Run Mail
screen.
3. Select the appropriate setting (Normal, Reduced, Slow, Very Slow)
4. Select OK.
Printing a Sample Mail Piece
Run a sample mail piece to make sure your job will run and that all the elements (address,
graphics, inscriptions etc.) are positioned correctly.
1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select the Options button.
3. Select Print a sample piece....
4. Select Start or Tape.
Counting Mail
You can count how many pieces of mail you run:
