Firmware Upgrade Status
The table lists the status of upgrading BMC firmware.
4.4 Security
Since AST2300 provides remote control for server product, the security of network access
and data transmission is very important.
Authentication
AST2300 KVM over IP is launched via web browser. User must have an account with login
privilege to access managed server via AST2300. A miximum of three (3) login attempts
are allowed, after which the Java Remote KVM session will be terminated.
Local User Data Base
The AST2300 uses a database stored in EEPROM or Flash memory locally for Advance Con-
sole login.
