1. Verify Rack power
2. Plug the debug card to
check if system can boot
into PXE server or you can
see the server boots up
3. If the MB still "No boot
up" REPLACE MB

1. Plug the debug card to
check if the system can
boot into the PXE server.
2. Check the ME sel event
log.
3. Failure is not confirmed,
retest if there is no abnor-
mal event log; NTF
1. Boot into QCI_PXE
image.
2. Type "dcmitool sel
elist"
3. Type "dcmitool -v
sel elist" command if
there is ECC error log
Ehternet port N/A
1. Verify LEDs of Ethernet
port when a LAN cable is
plugged in, is the LED ON
or OFF?
2. Plug the debug card to
check if system can boot
into the PXE server.
3. Use command line to
ping to other server, if it
still fails then Ethernet port
of motherboard is bad

1.Verify Rack, If Rack is ok.

10G NIC card N/A
1. Plug the debug card to
check if system can boot
into PXE server.
2. Check the ME sel event
log.
3. If there is no abnormal
error log, change to PXE
boot server via 10G NIC
card.
4. If system can boot into
PXE server via 10G NIC card
successfully, it’s NTF
1. Boot into QCI_PXE
image.
2. Type "dcmitool sel
elist" command first
3. Type "dcmitool -v
sel elist" command if
there is ECC error log

If motherboard have no
power, REPLUG MB tray.
