Motherboard fails multiple bit error or rebooting
Normally, this kind of issue will cause the system hang or no boot. Plug in the debug card
to see if it shows AX or BX, that means the DIMM is bad. (Except AE).
Motherboard fails 1G Ethernet port
Return motherboard tray to ODM.
Motherboard fails for PXE, 10G Mellanox
First, swap Mellanox card, if it is not fixing the issue then it’s motherboard, return the
motherboard tray to ODM.
Motherboard rebooting
1. Verify DIMMs/Replace DIMM(s)
2. Verify CPU
3. If it still rebooting, return motherboard tray to ODM
Fan failure
Replace Fan
