Mode 1 : BMC will not deal with the VLAN ID field.
Mode 2 & 3 : The range of VLAN ID is from 1 to
4094.
Note:
 In the mode 3, Java Remote KVM application
only will connect to the IP with VLAN ID.
 Must re-open the Java Remote KVM applica-
tion after change the LAN Mode or VLAN ID.
[7:3] - Reserved
[2:0] - Mode Selection (1~3)
 1h = LAN only
 2h = VLAN only
3h = LAN and VLAN co-exist
Data 2 - VLAN ID [7:0] - Least significant 8-bits of the VLAN ID
Data 3 - VLAN ID
