UP Mode Settings for IEEE 1394
Go into the UP mode and do the procedure below to make the initial interface
settings for IEEE 1394. These settings are used each time that the machine is
turned on.
1. Push User Tools/Counter.
2. On the touch panel, push System Settings.
3. Push Interface Settings.
4. Push each key to input the following settings:
• IP Address
• Subnet Mask
• IP Over 1394. Enable or disable this setting as necessary. This setting
enables IP Over 1394 as the default setting for the printing method.
• SCSI Print. Enable or disable this setting as necessary. This setting
enables SCSI Print as the default setting for the printing method.
• SCSI Print Bi-directional. Switch bi-directional printing on or off for SCSI
print.
