1.16.2 BOOKLET STAPLER MOTOR
• Open the front door.
• Remove the stapler unit. (1.13)
1. Remove:
[A]: Stay ( x4).
[B]: Left plate ( x4).
2. Remove:
[C]: Harness cover ( x2)
[D]: Booklet stapler support stay
( x4,  x2,  x4)
[E]: Booklet stapler ( x4)
[F]: Booklet stapler motor ( x2,  x1)
To Reattach the Booklet Stapler Motor
3. Reattach the booklet stapler motor.
Important: Do not tighten the screws.
4. Attach the special tool [G] and reattach
the booklet stapler stay.
NOTE: This tool is included with the
stapler spare part.
5. Turn the gear [H] with your finger until it
stops.
6. Tighten the screws to attach to the
booklet stapler motor.
7. Remove the stay again and remove the
special tool.
8. Reattach the booklet stapler stay.
9. Push the stapler unit into the machine.
