5. Mount the scanning guide plate, taking care not to damage the Mylar sheet [A].
6. Peel off the mylar from the DF exposure glass with your hands.
7. Use alcohol to clean the DF exposure glass [A].
To avoid paper jams, make sure adhesive is completely removed.
