N1 ID/N2 ID ← Carrier table
Indicates the physical cell indicator group (N
ID
(1)
) and the physical layer identity (N
ID
(2)
),
derived from the selected N
ID
cell
(Cell ID).
Remote command:
[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:NR5G:NODE:CELL<ch0>:N1ID? on page 167
[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:NR5G:NODE:CELL<ch0>:N2ID? on page 167
Deployment ← Carrier table
Selects one of the frequency ranges, specified for 5G NR transmission, see Table 3-1.
The selected frequency range (FR) determines the following parameters:
●
Channel Bandwidth
●
SC Spacing/CP
●
Case (i.e. the synchronization signal pattern).
Remote command:
[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:NR5G:NODE:CELL<ch0>:CARDeply on page 168
Frequency in GHz ← Carrier table
If RF Phase Compensation> "On", sets the carrier frequency of the selected carrier at
which the frequency phase compensation is applied.
Remote command:
[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:NR5G:NODE:CELL<ch0>:PCFReq on page 168
Channel Bandwidth ← Carrier table
Selects the bandwidth of the node carrier from a list with predefined values, see
Table 3-1.
The available values depend on the selected Deployment.
Signals, channels (e.g. SS/PBCH) and bandwidth parts (BWPs) can only be configured
within the selected channel bandwidth. Thus, the value selected here sets the upper
limit for the bandwidth-related settings.
You can select channel bandwidths that are larger than the baseband bandwidth avail-
able in the R&S SMW, because the used sample rate can be smaller than the channel
bandwidth.
Remote command:
[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:NR5G:NODE:CELL<ch0>:CBW on page 168
DMRS Type A Position ← Carrier table
Depending on the used mapping type (A or B), the demodulation reference signals
(DMRS) are mapped to different symbols of the PDSCH/PUSCH allocation.
This parameter defines the position of the first DMRS symbol l
0
(dmrs-TypeA-Position) within the slot, if mapping type A is used.
Remote command:
[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:NR5G:NODE:CELL<ch0>:TAPos on page 169
SUL ← Carrier table
Defines if the carrier supports supplementary uplink (SUL) or not.
