1. EEE is supported only by 100 Mbps and 1000 Mbps copper ports.
2. EEE takes effect only when the auto-negotiation capability is enabled on a specific port.
Displaying EEE Status
Use the following commands to display the EEE status on a port in privileged EXEC mode.
Ruijie# show eee interface [ gigabitEthernet
interface-id]
Displays the EEE status on a specific port.
Ruijie# show eee interfaces status
Displays EEE statuses on all ports.
The following example displays the EEE status of GigabitEthernet 0/1.
Ruijie#show eee interface gigabitEthernet 0/1
Interface : Gi0/1
EEE Support : Yes
Admin Status : Enable
Oper Status : Disable

The following table lists the explanations of the items shown in this example.
Indicates that whether EEE is supported by a port.
Indicates that whether EEE administration is enabled.
Indicates that whether EEE operation is enabled.
Indicates that whether EEE is enabled on the peer port.
Specifies a trouble cause. "None" indicates that no trouble exists.
"Trouble cause" indicates that the EEE status on a port is abnormal. The causes are listed in the following table.
