Configuring the Encapsulated Destination IP Address
The encapsulated destination IP address is used for the destination IP address of
GRE-encapsulated packets, ensuing the normal mirrored packets routing in the
network.
Ruijie(config-mon-erspan-src)#
destination ip address ip-address
Configure the encapsulated destination IP
address.
Configuring the TTL/DSCP of Encapsulated IP Packets
To configure the TTL/DSCP value of encapsulated IP packets, run the following
commands:
Ruijie(config-mon-erspan-src)# ip ttl
ttl_value
Configure the TTL value of encapsulated
IP packets. The default value is 64.
Ruijie(config-mon-erspan-src)# ip
dscp dscp_value
Configure the DSCP value of
encapsulated IP packets. The default
value is 0. This function takes effect only
when the trust-DSCP is configured on the
mirrored source port.
Configuration Steps
To configure the source switch, run the following commands:
Ruijie# configure terminal
Enter global configuration mode.
Ruijie (config)# monitor session
ERSPAN_source_session_number
erspan-source
Ruijie (config)# no monitor session
{session_number | all}
Configure an ERSPAN session number
and enter the ERSPAN source mirrored
device configuration mode.
Clear the mirroring configuration.
