functions:
• Variable number of target positions
• The travel speed for positioning and the acceleration and deceleration ramps are
specified variably by the PLC.
• Maximum travel distance ±262100mm
• Possibility of operation with4 process data instead of6. In this case, the variable
specification of ramp type does not apply.
