NOTE
The total amount of process data (application data + frame) must not exceed
180 bytes. If more process data is configured, the data is only output up to the last slot
which still fits (incl. start and stop characters and separators) in the data frame of
180 bytes. No subsequent process data is output.
12.2 Data volume for functions
The data volume for the functions depends on the following factors:
Transmission type
Binary, hexadecimal (ASCII-coded), decimal (ASCII-coded)
Transmission type
The data can be transmitted in binary, hexadecimal, or decimal format:
Example: MLG-2 with edge 1 position = 420
Binary = 2 bytes: 0000 0001 1010 0100
HEX = 4 ASCII characters = 4 bytes: 01 A4
DEZ = 3 ASCII characters = 3 byte: 420

Data volume for the separators
Each separator is 1 byte long.
If separators are configured, a separator is output after each configured entry.
