7.1.2 Devices that can be connected to the FDnet detector line
Alongside the fire detectors themselves, other devices which communicate via the
FDnet protocol can be connected to the ↑ FDnet detector line. The following figure
shows which devices can be connected to the FDnet detector line.
The list applies to installed ↑ line cards and to the optional line card (FDnet/C-NET)
FCL2001-A1 for the fire control panels with a card cage.

The table below lists all devices that can be connected to the ↑ FDnet detector
line. The table also lists those devices which are equipped with an ↑ alarm
indicator (AI) and the devices to which an ↑ external alarm indicator (EAI) or a
sounder base (FDSB291) can be connected.
