8.9.2 Restrictions on extended networking
The following restrictions apply when using stations in extended networking:
The fire control panel FC2080 must not be configured as a router.
The fire control panels FC2060 can be used as routers or standby routers as
long as the outline quantities or system limits of a FC2040 are not exceeded.
All stations throughout the entire extended network must be equipped with the
PMI & mainboard FCM2027.
Compact stations with the PMI & mainboard FCM2004 must not be used in the
extended network.
