The line card (MS9i) is inserted in the card cage of the fire control panel and is
automatically detected by the system.
Topologies
A total of two loops or one loop and one stub or two stubs can be connected to
the line card (MS9i).
The following topologies are possible:
2x loops with max. 50 devices each
2x stubs with max. 32 devices each
1x loop with max. 50 devices and 1x stub with max. 32 devices
Detector systems supported
The line card (MS9i) is inserted in the card cage FCA2007-A1 or FCA2008-A1
and is automatically detected by the system.
The following devices and detector systems are supported:
Detector base Z90i, Z94i
Master base Z90Mi, Z94Mi
Master element E90Mi (with max. 20 elements)
Manual call point AT50Mi, AT51Mi, ATAN50Mi
Control element E90Ci, E90Ci
Detector D900, D915, D920, F716i, F716Vi F905, F906, F910, F930, R716i,
R930 (F911, F915, F73, R970, AEK1)
Multimaster card K5M010 (with 4 lines of max. 20 elements each):
Detectors connected to the multiplexer card must be tested for all functions.
A slot is not provided in the control panel housing for the multiplexer card. If
space permits, the card can be fitted as required by the customer in the
control panel housing or in an extra housing.
Multimaster cards inside housings can be powered via the supply output of
the line card FCL2003.
External multimaster cards must be supplied jointly with an electrically
isolated power supply.
