This view is available for the maintenance station in the MS Standard version.
"Diagnostic buffer of the CPU/CP" overview
This view shows the last 20 events that occurred in the diagnostic buffer of a CPU or CP.
The following figure shows an example of the information from the diagnostic buffer of a CPU:
