STEER WHEEL CASTER REPLACEMENT
Tools Required:
• (2) 1/2” Combination Wrenches
Procedure:
Note
Unless otherwise indicated, refer to Figure 18, page 1-62, for this procedure.
1. Raise the bed to the highest position.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall receptacle.
3. Remove the optional steer wheel hood.
Note
When reinstalling the steer wheel hood, ensure the colored labels affixed to the hood and the brake/steer pedal match.
4. Position the brake/steer pedal to neutral.
5. Using two 1/2” combination wrenches, remove the nut/bolt (C) holding the caster to the swing arm.
6. Reverse the above steps to install the new caster.
