3.10.6 The residual heat of the machine before
normal work
 After starting engine, adjust throttle knob
makes engine run at low speed for 5 minutes.
 Adjust throttle knob makes engine run at
middle speed(1500rpm),then slowly
operate bucket for 5 minutes
Do not operate other executor except
bucket
 Adjust throttle knob makes engine run at
highly speed, operate boom ,arm and
bucket for 5-10 minutes.
Only operate boom, arm, bucket , do not
operate swing and travel.
A few complete operations are carried out on
the various movements of the excavator .The
preheating of the machine is satisfactorily
finished, it can work normally.
