1.4.12 Safety handling high-pressure hoses
If oil or fuel leaks from high-pressure hoses, it
may cause fire or defective operation, which
may lead to serious injury. If any loose bolts
are found, stop work and tighten to the
specified torque. If any damaged hoses are
found, stop operations immediately and contact
your SUNWARD distributor.
Damaged hose, deformed mouthpiece,
damaged o-ring.
Frayed or cut covering or exposed
reinforcement wire layer.
Covering swollen in places.
Twisted or crushed movable portion of hose.
Foreign material embedded in covering.
1.4.13 Accumulator
Accumulator is charged with pressurized
nitrogen. When handling accumulator, careless
operation may lead to explosion and cause serious
injury or damage. Always follow the following
instructions.
Do not disassemble accumulator.
Do not keep accumulator close to fire or
expose it under flame.
Do not drill holes, weld or heat up on
accumulator.
Do not hit or roll accumulator to avoid any
shock on it.
When handling accumulator, bleed the air.
